AM Computers would like to introduce Southern California businesses to our new Maintenance Contracts.  Our goal is to establish a  personal relationship with your company to enable us to understand your information technology infrastructure and its impact on your business.  Whether you have a problem that can be solved remotely by computer, or you require an on-site call, Maintenance Contracts provide the convenience of more stable and consistent technology costs.  We have put together both hardware and application software support contracts and remote monitoring options.


Remote Systems Management our newest option! Secure, always on connectivity to your systems, monitored remotely. May be purchased on a per use, monthly or yearly  basis.

We also offer secure remote back-up services, remote support desk and remote help desk..


Our Application Software Support Maintenance Plan provides a pre-paid block of service hours at costs ranging from 30-50% off our normal hourly rate. These plans include on-site support and automatic notification of software updates. Remote monitoring available.


 For our Sage MAS90/200 , QuickBooks POS and Aldelo For Restaurants customers our plans compliment manufactures support plans .  Most of these  support plans are “Phone Help Desk Support” only.  They don’t know your business or accounting.  They do not go on-site or remotely monitor nor do they address hardware, operating system issues, or non-current version support.


Our Hardware and Systems Maintenance Plans cover repairs and maintenance on specific equipment.  These plans include parts and labor (except consumables), notification of software updates, installation of Service Packs,  and quarterly preventative maintenance.  There is also an Internet security option. These contracts are priced on the basis of the itemized hardware and peripherals covered.
